HRM Outsourcing Our HRM Outsourcing Model enables organisations to tap into a dedicated Human Resource Manager to assist in the development and implementation of critical human resources principles and frameworks and work in partnership with operational managers in improving individual (staff) and organisational performance. Assessment Centre Design and Facilitation Assessment Centres, are the most reliable, objective and accurate means of predicting future job performance. Aside from this fact, it is also the most cost effective when screening large volumes of applicants.

Our experience in the design and facilitation of large scale Assessment Centres is well proven. With significant results in higher quality of appointed applicants, lower attrition and increased return on investment, applicants have described our programs as a 'positive experience', regardless of whether or not they are appointed in the role. End-to-End Process

Job Analysis

our experienced consultants undertake a detailed analysis of the specific tasks involved in the job, the knowledge required, attitudes, skills and personal attributes (competency framework).

The Design

once the competency framework has been established, our experienced team of consultants design a series of work-related activities to allow applicants to demonstrate each required competency. Activities generally include: team based exercises; role-play; in-tray; personality and/or ability assessment; behavioural interview and/or panel interviews.

The Facilitation

our programs run for approximately 3 hours, however this will vary depending on the size of each Assessment Centre. For large, rigorous campaigns, we have run programs with 26 applicants across a 4 hour timetable and programs which have included 12 applicants within a 2 hour timetable. The size of each Assessment Centre will depict the number of Assessors required. Each Assessment Centre is run across 1 or 2 days.

The rigor, in which we deploy our Assessments Centres, enables our clients to experience a very well run and structured program which is project managed against a mutually agreed time frame. Generally speaking, it is not uncommon for large scale Assessment Centres to be concluded within a 6 week time frame end-to-end.

Some of our clients choose to outsource further components of the process such as the coordination of medicals and police checks, the administration of offers, generating employment contracts and induction.
